Continuously engaged in the private practice of law, including transactional and litigation matters, since 1976 except when serving as in-house General Counsel for Laboratory of Regional Geodynamics, Inc., during 1993-1994, a seismic data acquisition company with international operations which remained a client until 2002, when its Russian affiliates moved all aspects of their business outside the United States. Employed as staff accountant by Peat, Marwick and Mitchell (now KPMG) during 1971 -1973 being primarily involved in the audits of banks.
